Lets do this.

Ok, lets face it.
I'm not the healthiest that I can be and quite frankly, I never have been.
I'm ready to change that.
I recently had my second baby back in April and I've been slacking ever since.
 
 
My goal is to become healthier and be happy with who I see in the mirror everyday.
 
I'm not trying to  be unrealistic or crazy.
I don't expect to loose 50 lbs overnight.
 
I cant believe I'm going to say this, but I currently weigh about 180 lbs. and I'm about 5' 6".
My goal weight..... uh 160?
 
I haven't been 160 since I was about 14 (I'm 21 now) so I honestly don't know if that a suitable weight for me, but 20 lbs is doable.

I'm hoping that with this blog(and maybe a future YouTube channel), I can keep myself accountable.
 
So here I go.
I'm ready to become healthy. Not only for me, but for my kids.
They deserve for me to be here as long as possible and they deserve a parent that teaches them a healthy lifestyle.
